I’m a chronic entrepreneur, having owned 27 businesses over the past 27 years. My ventures have included the third and largest paintball company in the U.S., the first online dating service, restaurants, flower businesses, an ad agency, a real estate brokerage, and more.

Currently, I own and operate my real estate group, a property management company, a title company, and my Freedom Coaching company.

• eXp Realty – I lead an organization of over 2,000 Realtors across 49 states and 9 countries. All my agents receive access to my coaching—whether it’s learning how to sell more homes or creating more freedom in their lives.

• Pristine Property Group – Based in Brevard County, FL, we are a full-service property management company handling everything from placement to maintenance. Realtors who work with investors can earn a $300 referral per year for each new customer referred.

• Clear Title Organization – We partner with high-producing Realtors, small teams, and small brokerages. For those doing 50+ listings per year, we provide the opportunity to own your own title company. We handle the work—you earn 60% of the profits.

• Mitch Ribak Coaching – My Freedom Coaching is designed for Realtors and Entrepreneurs who want to do more business while working fewer hours. With over 45 years of self-employment experience, I’ve learned that what we were taught about success is a big lie. I am a highly motivated Florida licensed title agent and legal assistant with over 25 years of experience in the title insurance industry. My background includes both residential and commercial transactions, with expertise in closing documentation, bank loan requirements, and property research.

I specialize in TRID compliance, ALTA preparation, balancing, and working across multiple closing software platforms. My experience also includes producing closing statements, CD’s, transaction-related legal documents, and file reconciliations.

As a successful closer, I thrive in high-volume environments and bring strong skills in business development, management, and social media, with a consistent focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

Clear Title was born from their shared belief: Agents deserve transparency, support, and tools that actually work—for once.
